Welcome Dear Ones,

We would like to speak today about human nature and your increased sensitivities. The energy waves coming in at this time are increasing your awareness. As a result you will experience an increase in your emotions. For many these emotions are considered to be difficult.

Perhaps you are seeing teachings of positivity only, and that something is wrong if you do not feel that way. You are completely normal, dear one, in whatever you are feeling, and do not let others try to change this.

We do suggest that you remove yourself from the feeling if it is making you uncomfortable. If you feel like you are spinning on a hamster wheel, do what the hamper does, and get off the wheel and rest.

Direct your attention to things that have the potential to bring joy and do not forget about laughter. It can seem difficult when you are going through situations that bring up emotions you do not wish to carry, but there is no need to sit in the same groove and go over and over the same thing. There are many other tunes to play in your mind. They will get out the song that has been stuck there too long.

The old statement of misery loves company is a true one. Do not tell your pains to another unless they actually have the ability to make a correction to the situation. This requires honesty in your communication and an allowance to be able to discuss everything without judgement.

If you are having a relationship issue discuss it fully with the other party and do not accuse or judge. Merely explain your feelings. If the persons cannot do this with you, it is time to remove yourself from the situation.

You must be responsible for yourself. It is normally to feel that circumstances are unfair. It is in the so-called negative experiences that you learn the most about yourself.

Putting yourself first, can be the hardest thing to learn. It is much easier to sit on the outside of someone else’s life and be able to see exactly what needs to be done. This is why the suggestion to disengage from the painful feelings so that you may gather this outside prospective, in order to move yourself forward and prevent the same things happening again and again.

Just saying: “No thank you” to a certain situation will make a great difference in what is presented to you next. Try to establish connection with people who are going where you want to go.

It is in the negative that you will figure out the next positive move. We do not judge positive and negative, but you, living a human experience, most certainly do.

There is nothing wrong with you if you are alone right now. You are simply clearing your path. You have not chosen the well-worn path, and you will have to meet challenges to walk the path less traveled.

You are a trailblazer and a warrior of the light. We hope this perspective give you a new enthusiasm for the adventure that is life.
